Visitor and Cancellation Policies
Please use your mobile app to check in and pay. Only the patient should enter the building; no visitors please. All who enter must be 21 years of age or over with no accompanying minors. A mask that covers your mouth and nose is required to enter the clinic. If you have developed any cough, congestion, shortness of breath, or fever/chills since we last spoke with you then please call and reschedule. Appointment cancellations must be made within 72 hours of your appointment.
